Snap together hose, ball and socket, call it what you want, but Loc-Line is the original and still the best modular hose system you can buy. It has a unique socket skirt design and because of this only Loc-Line hose maintains its inside diameter (and flow rate)
throughout its range of bending movement. Due to its design,
spring-back and vibration creep (common with metal hoses), are not an
issue.
Loc-Line is made from acetal copolymer, a chemically stable material which is resistant to
most common chemicals and will not leach out into aquarium water.
