Double Swivel Rings (DSR) and Shackles (DSS) General Information
Codipro double swivel rings and shackles are made to meet the most stringent of safety standards including CE, EN 1677-1 and ISO.DSR are made specifically for difficult lifting tasks and for manipulating heavy loads. The best in quality for articulated safety rings, they are made to handle heavy equipment safely at any angle (from 300 KG up to 32 tonnes per ring). Designed with efficiency in mind, there are two ways to tighten; either by open-ended wrench or by hex key. We carry Codipro double swivel rings in metric sizes M8, M10, M12, M16, M20, M24, M30 with working load limits of .3 tonnes to 6.3 tonnes. UNC inch diameters are 5/16, 3/8, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4, 7/8, and 1" with working loads from 1,200 to 10,000 lbs.
DSS are made specifically for difficult lifting tasks and for rotating the heaviest loads. The best in quality for articulated safety shackles, they allow perfect alignment of load to sling. Tighten by hex key. We carry metric sizes M30, M36, M42, M48, M56 and M64 with working load limits of 6.3 tonnes to 32.1 tonnes. UNC inch sizes are 1-1/4, 1-3/8, 1-1/2 inch, and 2 inches with working loads from 14,000 lbs to 50,000 lbs.
All DSR and DSS up to M42 or 1-1/2" have a safety factor of 5; DSS M48 and higher plus DSS U 200 have a safety factor of 4.
